I DO NOT ACCEPT CashApp, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo. I do not have an ATM in my shop, please be sure to stop at one prior to your appointment. You cannot "run to the ATM " after you are serviced.

Deposit Policy
In order to book an appointment, a Non Refundable Deposit is due immediately which will be deducted from the total balance. Deposits are only refundable if the appointment is canceled on my end.

Payment
Remaining balances must be paid in CASH ONLY! (No Cards, CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay , PayPal etc.)

Location
144 Fifth Ave Pelham ,NY 10803 (Village of Pelham)- Please look up distance prior to booking appointment if unfamiliar with location.

Confirmations
For your scheduled appointment, you will receive an Email Reminder 5 DAYS prior (please make sure your email is correct)
All clients must CONFIRM / RESPOND to 1st email reminder to receive location address. No response within 72 hours of scheduled appointment , your appointment will be CANCELLED.

Late / Cancellation Policy
Please notify me via email or text if you will be running late. * Text: 646-667-1700*
No notification after 30 mins will result in a CANCELLATION and you will be prohibited from booking another appointment in the future
Same Day Cancellations / No Shows will be charged a 50% service fee.
If you have to Cancel/ Reschedule prior to your appointment (within the 48hr time frame) you will have to pay another deposit to reschedule.
20 mins late - $25 fee , there will be an additional $10 fee for every 10 mins after that.

Custom Units + Coloring Service
Please mail in (email for shipping / drop off location) or purchase hair off of www.hairbellahstudio.com at least 1-2 WEEKS PRIOR to appointment.

NO EXTRA COMPANY (kids, adults, pets, etc). there are two malls nearby (Vernon Hills/Bay Plaza / Cross county/) if you need someone to accompany you.
